Privacy policy
Last updated: May 16, 2026
This is the privacy policy for the ChoreDay landing page — the page you are visiting now. It is intentionally short because almost nothing happens on this page.
What we collect
If you fill in the form on the landing page, we store:
- Your email address
- The pricing answer you picked (one value out of five)
- The Plus-tier answer you picked, if any
- The optional free-text comment, if you wrote one
- The UTM parameters from the link you clicked (so we know which Reddit post or article sent you here)
- The date you submitted
That's the entire dataset. We do not collect your IP address, geolocation, browsing history, or any other identifier beyond what your form submission contains.
Where it goes
Submissions are routed to a single spreadsheet that the developer of ChoreDay personally maintains. They are not shared with any third party, not sold, and not used to train any model.
What we'll do with it
We will email you exactly once when ChoreDay launches on Google Play. If you indicated interest in the optional Plus tier, we may send one short follow-up email asking which Plus features you would actually pay for. Then we stop.
There is no newsletter, no drip campaign, no "tips & tricks" emails, no announcements about other products.
Removal
Reply remove to any email you receive from us and we
will delete your record permanently within 24 hours. You can also
write to choreday[at]<your-domain> at any time
and ask us to delete your record before any email is sent.
Cookies and analytics
This landing page does not set any cookies. We do not run Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, Hotjar, or any third-party analytics script. The only logs are the basic HTTP access logs maintained by our static hosting provider, which we use only to detect abuse and outages.
Form-provider note
Form submissions are processed by our static-site host's built-in form handler before being placed in our spreadsheet. That host holds the submission for as long as we leave it in their dashboard, after which we move it to our spreadsheet and delete it from the host. The host's own privacy policy applies to that transit step.
Changes
If this policy changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date at the top. Material changes will be summarised in the launch email.
